SUN has over fifty high-speed stamping presses and uses Precision, Bruderer and Minster Presses ranging from 20 to 200 tons. The latest technologies in presses and auxiliary equipment such as Batch and In-Line Aqueous Cleaning, De-burring, and Inspection provide the maximum efficiency and value to our customers.

SUN utilizes superior Mold Design, In-house Mold Build Capabilities and Optimizing Material usage. This provides our customers with high quality, low cost solutions for their products.

We currently have a wide variety of Molding equipment ranging from 28 to 300 US tons, including Horizontal, Vertical and Rotary table versions. In addition to our Molding Machines we have Auxiliary Forming Presses, Temperature Controllers, Chillers and Robotic Part Extractors. In process continuity and Hi-Pot testing along with vision system inspection allows for high quality products for our customers.






Sun Microstamping Technologies specializes in manufacturing complex components for our customers. By encapsulating a variety of inserted components, such as Metal Stampings, Magnets, Bushings and Screws, we can provide a single component to meet a variety of applications. We accomplish this by utilizing Hand Loaded, Robot Inserted or Reel-to-Reel designs based on our customers needs.

Insert Molding provides our customers with added value and the major benefits of reduction in assembly costs, reduced size and weight of the component, increased reliability and design flexibility.

Sun Microstamping Technologies takes the risk out of Insert Molding by using proven experience in Mold and Die design to eliminate costly delays and insure on-time program launch. Our capabilities enable us to offer our customers a wider variety of In-house products and services. This also allows our customers more control over production time, cost and logistic issues.

    Sun Microstamping Technologies specializes in custom Plastic Injection and Insert Molding that feature a high degree of difficulty on both product design and high performance molding resins.

Hybrid Components are Assemblies of Injection Molded Plastic and Stamped Metal Components. Many components are more efficiently produced using either Manual Methods or highly Automated Equipment to join the components together after the initial Molding and Stamping Operations. This is an alternative to Insert Molding and in many cases the most effective manufacturing solution.
