Revolutionary Contact Buttons
Sun Microstamping Technologies has been working for almost two years on a revolutionary way to produce “contact buttons”. This program has now come to fruition and has resulted in a proprietary process that saves our customers time and money at the same time giving them un-matched quality.
Auto - Injection Device
Sun Microstamping Technologies formed a Partnership with a customer to develop a unique Medical Device for holding and releasing the needle in an Auto-Injection Device. The Auto-Injection Device is used to administer such drugs as Epinephrine; this drug relaxes constricted airways in the lungs.
Automation Break Through
For sometime Sun Microstamping Technologies has been using Robots to load stampings into Rotary Molding Machines to produce over molded components. However, recently we have finished a completely automated line that;
- Pre-forms the Stamping
- Loads the Stamping into the Mold
- Unloads the Molded Component
- Transfers the Molded Component into a machine that welds a Diode onto the Component
- The Finished Component is tested for current leakage at 10,000 Volts
- The tested Component is then packed
